This consists predominantly of food and beverage, hospitality and real estate, but am also open to creative ideas in the internet/e-commerce space. My goal is to find entrepreneurs with creative concepts so that I can (i) learn about/gain experience from the venture and (ii) achieve reasonable rate of return (15-20% over a 10yr horizon).
