I am young, enthusiastic individual investor in the North Jersey/NYC area. I graduated from business school in 2010 and I am currently working as a corporate restructuring consultant for a mid size firm in NYC which specializes in providing advisory services to distressed companies, lender groups/committees, etc., inside and outside of bankruptcy across various industries (majority of my experience is in real estate). I have technical financial skill set in financial modeling, valuation (DCF), accounting and auditing. I have passed the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CIRA (Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor) exams and I am awaiting certain education/professional requirements to be certified. I have no entrepreneurial investment experience but I am trying to change that as I learn quickly and could add-value to any team. I would plan on being hands off/silent with a small advisory role and on any technical financial/accounting issues I could help with.

Education - I have a Bachelors in Business Finance and Accounting Investment Experience - I have started two companies growing both from nothing to profitable businesses. The last venture was in the music business. I took on managing very famous latin singer's. The business went from the red into the black in just 1 years. Other - Every position or company I have worked with has improved financial because of my involvement. I am hands on and will only invest if I believe I can add more value than just financial resources

Even 100% funding requirements may be looked at. Please contact me provide that you have all the feasibility reports, information on the income stream and how the investors will get their money back clearly written out to me. The IRR, Pay Back period and the information on the sponsors needs to be available with all the experience clearly written to convince the financers that this is a good project worth while investing in. Hotel projects/ Real Eastate projects/ Cement projects are of interest to the financiers.
