I have been managing an investment group since 1994 and my mentor, who is still part of the group, had been in this business for 25 years prior to me. We look for strength of management and then available market share as our primary decision making criteria. My group is made up of business people who are looking for a solid return. We provide this to them and form a separate LLC to invest into ventures; this is an advantage to you because we only use up one investor slot doing it this way. I only deal with accredited investors and my group is made up of approximately 20,000 investors based primarily in the US but some are from Asia, Europe and Canada. I believe in doing business face to face and will require an in person meeting with all the principals. I am an entrepreneur myself and currently own 4 businesses.
