Requirements include: A current complete Business Plan with a five year Financial Pro Forma and bio on the Project Principal (loan signer). Terms include 15 years, low single digit interest, no prepayment penalty, and 1-2 year grace period. There is a legal fee to document and register the loan in the country of lending origin and there may be a bank fee to transfer the loan to your bank in your country. There are no other fees involved and no equity or collateral is required. If approved, the loan process takes 2-4 weeks to complete. 100% funding is provided.
