We look for strength of management and then available market share as our primary decision making criteria. My group is made up of business people who are looking for a solid return. We provide this to them and form a separate LLC to invest into ventures; this is an advantage to you because we only use up one investor slot doing it this way. I only deal with accredited investors and my group is made up of approximately 20,000 investors based primarily in the US but some are from Asia, Europe and Canada.
