I have private funds to lend on a variety of different projects. If your project doesn't fit what we want then we may know who can do it. I have been a broker, and a direct lender for commercial deals for the last 6 years. I have my own pooled funds, and if it is a deal that I don't like then I might know someone who will like it. Our loans are made for all kinds of projects, and for many different reasons.
