We are part of a Major Fund which provides investment loans for commercial real estate Projects that require between $100 million to $900 million (U.S. dollars) and are "shovel ready" for development. Requirements include: A current complete Business Plan with a five year Financial Pro Forma and bio on the Project Principal (loan signer). Terms include 15 years, low single digit interest, no prepayment penalty, and 1-2 year grace period.
