I am 38, married and live in New York City. I am an individual investor. MY background is that I am attorney with 10 years of corporate and real estate experience. I currently invest in real estate and provide financing for real estate investors and developers and am looking to invest in exciting new projects. I received my undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and my Law degree and Fordham. Depending upon the opportunity, I am interested in getting involved as either a passive investor or taking on a hands-on, management, role.

We live well below our means and have a decent amount of disposable income.
