We provide this to them and form a separate LLC to invest into ventures; this is an advantage to you because we only use up one investor slot doing it this way. I only deal with accredited investors and my group is made up of approximately 20,000 investors based primarily in the US but some are from Asia, Europe and Canada. I believe in doing business face to face and will require an in person meeting with all the principals. I am an entrepreneur myself and currently own 4 businesses. I will consider almost anything unless you do not have anything invested in the deal.
