Over 6 years of international experience in finance and audit in the bank industry. Looking for great investment opportunities (cash available: $2m) Recently worked as a Vice President of Finance of a publicly traded company in the Healthcare industry based in Florida. I was responsible for all filings with the SEC, along with the coordination, analysis, and preparation of financial plans and operating forecasts. Prior to that, I was Vice President of a Merchant Bank in NYC, where I managed a team of analysts for investment opportunities, sourcing deal flows on potential targets, and was responsible for post-acquisition management and financial reporting. I was involved in three reverse merger transactions. I worked for 4 years at Ernst & Young in both Paris and London, where I became a senior auditor in the Banking Capital Market Department. Prior to that, at Natixis Bleichroeder in Paris, I had an active participation as a market-maker on the Euro Stoxx desk.

I am young, enthusiastic individual investor in the North Jersey/NYC area. I graduated from business school in 2010 and I am currently working as a corporate restructuring consultant for a mid size firm in NYC which specializes in providing advisory services to distressed companies, lender groups/committees, etc., inside and outside of bankruptcy across various industries (majority of my experience is in real estate). I have technical financial skill set in financial modeling, valuation (DCF), accounting and auditing. I have passed the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CIRA (Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor) exams and I am awaiting certain education/professional requirements to be certified. I have no entrepreneurial investment experience but I am trying to change that as I learn quickly and could add-value to any team. I would plan on being hands off/silent with a small advisory role and on any technical financial/accounting issues I could help with.

We provide this to them and form a separate LLC to invest into ventures; this is an advantage to you because we only use up one investor slot doing it this way. I only deal with accredited investors and my group is made up of approximately 20,000 investors based primarily in the US but some are from Asia, Europe and Canada.
